What does PhysioPasst cost physiotherapists?
Nothing. PhysioPasst is always free for physiotherapists. The practice pays a fixed fee, and only once someone starts the job.
How does the €500 starting bonus work?
If you start a job through PhysioPasst and stay there for three uninterrupted months, you get €500. The bonus applies once per person and is taxable income. The full conditions are at the bottom of the page.
What is the colleague bonus?
For every physiotherapist who registers through your personal link, starts a job through PhysioPasst and stays three months, you get €300. That applies even if you don't switch jobs yourself.
How confidential is my profile?
Your profile goes to a practice only with your consent, one practice at a time. We never contact your current employer.
What is the fit guarantee?
If the new practice doesn't fit after all, we keep searching for free during the first three months.
What does placement cost practices?
€2,900 plus VAT per hire, due when they start work. There is no percentage of annual salary. If the new hire leaves within the first 3 months, we find a replacement at no cost.
Which countries does PhysioPasst cover?
The focus is Germany. We also accept profiles and requests from Austria and Switzerland.
How does the salary check work?
You enter your state, salary and weekly hours. We scale your pay to 40 hours a week and compare it with the median for physiotherapists in your state (Entgeltatlas of the German Federal Employment Agency). It is anonymous and needs no sign-up.
